Our range includes made-to-order truck tarpaulins for all types of vehicles. This includes contour-shaped tarpaulins for vans and TIR trucks, curtainsider truck tarpaulins, tarpaulins for trailers and semi-trailers, wagon tarpaulins, and truck tarpaulins for transporting or storing trams or armoured vehicles. We make your truck tarpaulin to measure, either from a drawing you supply or after measuring your vehicle or trailer at our production site in Zvěřínek.

UV stabilisation, water resistance and waterproofness are a given for all of these materials. On request, the material can also be given a treatment that reduces the tarpaulin's flammability.

We ensure the above-standard quality of our PVC truck tarpaulins by reinforcing the point where the material meets the frame with added reinforcement strips.

Manufacture and repair of truck tarpaulins

Long-term service is a given with us: we not only advise you on which material, fixing type or processing technology is best for you, but we're also available to you for as long as you use the tarpaulin, and should it become damaged, we'll always be ready to carry out the necessary repairs for you, our customer, promptly.

Design

In the standard design, the pergola side panel has a reinforced top hem fitted with metal eyelets or a keder that runs into a keder rail. The bottom edge of the tarpaulin ends in a hem tunnel with a weighting tube. An oval eyelet is placed on the sides of the tarpaulin for securing it with a swivel shackle. Once we receive your enquiry or order with dimensions, an exact price quotation is sent to the customer for approval before production begins.

Tarpaulin (truck tarp), by the metre, high weight from 680 g/m². Heavy-duty tarpaulin fabric suitable for year-round use. The tarpaulin is made from PES fabric coated with PVC on both sides, also known as truck-tarp fabric. Temperature resistance from -30 to +70 °C. The high fabric weight provides adequate strength and tear resistance; the material is waterproof and easy to wash down. The tarpaulin is UV-stable.

We manufacture and supply cover tarpaulins for trailers. Our range includes truck tarpaulins for all types of trailers. We use only quality materials, and stressed areas are reinforced with additional layers where needed. The colour range for trailer tarpaulins follows our current colour swatch book.

Manufacture and repair of cover tarpaulins

We use a wide range of hardware to manufacture cover tarpaulins, so we can meet any requirement. We of course also provide repairs and servicing for trailer tarpaulins. What's more, during the warranty period we carry out all tarpaulin repairs completely free of charge.

A prefabricated fabric hall needs a good tarpaulin. We make hall tarpaulins to measure, to the customer's needs. We guarantee quality workmanship and quality materials that withstand weather and rain. Hall tarpaulins, especially the side walls, can be fitted with windows of special frost-resistant film. On request we can also make your fabric hall from special flame-retardant fabric. Hall tarpaulin colours are available from our swatch book.

Manufacture of the fabric hall

The roof of the fabric hall and the side and end walls of the cladding are stretched over the frame in one piece using internal expanders. This tensions the fabric fully in every direction and gives the whole cladding high pressure resistance. The cladding is made from lacquered PVC-coated polyester fabrics (truck-tarpaulin fabric), which are very strong, fully weather- and rain-proof, let light through well and hold their colour.

We make pool cover tarpaulins and pond liners to order, in the required shapes and dimensions. We'll adapt the pool tarpaulin to the required shape, including designing how it anchors around the perimeter of the pool.

Pool covers and pond covers are made for year-round use and are UV-stable. They keep out dirt, rain and snow.
