Lashing strap, 35 mm wide, 3 t, with ratchet

One-piece lashing strap, 35 mm wide, for securing medium-weight loads.

The webbing is stitched directly onto the ratchet.

Breaking strength 3000 kg.

Elongation under 7%.

When lashing a load, we recommend using plastic corner protectors or protective sleeves.

Without protective sleeves or metal corners, the strength of the lashing straps is reduced and the webbing wears out faster.

Lashing straps are used within a temperature range of –40°C to +100°C.

They offer excellent resistance to inorganic acids.

When using these sets, follow the manufacturer's instructions and observe the technical data on the straps' identification labels.

Observe the following safety precautions:

check the lashing set before each use

do not use if the strap is damaged in any way, or if the end fitting, ratchet or other parts are deformed.

observe the maximum permitted tensile and tensioning force stated on the label

comply with EN 12195-1 and EN 12195-2

on sharp edges, use only with PU protection.

to reduce wear on the strap we recommend using PVC, which can be freely moved along the webbing.

twisting or knotting the webbing is prohibited.

Lashing straps are not subject to mandatory registration and do not require periodic inspection, but we recommend having them checked at least once a year by a properly trained and qualified person.
